He is a lawyer and has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador; Master in Intellectual Property from the University of Las Américas; Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law from the International University of La Rioja; He has a diploma in Copyright from the Sergio Arboleda University, a diploma in Copyright from the Universidad del Noreste de México and a diploma in Industrial Property from the Universidad del Noreste de México. He is a lawyer in free practice, speaker, speaker and columnist on intellectual property issues. He works as a teacher of the subjects Intellectual Property Law, Historical Foundations of Law, Legal Framework of Advertising, Intellectual Property and Life, Ethics and Audiovisual Legislation at the University of Las Américas. She is a Doctor of Jurisprudence and lawyer, Master in Public Policies, Flacso, Ecuador headquarters; Master in Law, with a mention in International Economic Law, Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, Ecuador. She was an advisor to the Presidency of the National Court of Justice (2013-2014), President and Principal Member of the Intellectual Property Committee (2014-2018) and Undersecretary of Strengthening the Public Service, of the Ministry of Labor (2021-2023).
