He is a lawyer and has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador; Master in Intellectual Property from the University of Las Américas; Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law from the International University of La Rioja; He has a diploma in Copyright from the Sergio Arboleda University, a diploma in Copyright from the Universidad del Noreste de México and a diploma in Industrial Property from the Universidad del Noreste de México. He is a lawyer in free practice, speaker, speaker and columnist on intellectual property issues. He works as a teacher of the subjects Intellectual Property Law, Historical Foundations of Law, Legal Framework of Advertising, Intellectual Property and Life, Ethics and Audiovisual Legislation at the University of Las Américas.
