Abstract

The decisions filed by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador since 2019 can promote theatrical play, not only as entertainment, but with the purpose of investigating the sense of justice that a decision holds. Assuming these decisions as one of the subjects or parties that intervene, and in this way, achieving playful but at the same time ethical and political explorations of these documents called sentences. This allows empathy with the victims of human rights violations, and criticism of the judicial authorities that issued it.
