Author Biography

Sebastián Espinosa Velasco, Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo, Ecuador

Sebastián Espinosa Velasco has a Ph.D in Law and a Master (LL.M) in International and European Economic Law from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He was a visiting professor at Columbia University in 2016. He has taught courses in Public International Law, International Commercial Law and Integration Law at the Law School of the University of Las Américas, Ecuador. He is currently a postgraduate professor at the Espíritu Santo University of Specialties.
