María Helena Carbonell Yánez

María Helena Carbonell Yánez is a lawyer and PhD in Law, a postgraduate professor at several Ecuadorian universities in subjects related to International Human Rights Law, International Law, International Litigation and gender. She is also a consultant for State institutions and civil society organizations on issues that include crimes with a gender perspective, serious violations of human rights and public policy.
