Call for Dossier Proposals

The content of Cálamo is organized into four sections: Dossier, Essay, Review, and Interview. The Dossier section includes articles submitted in response to the current call for papers and is selected for its academic quality, extensive bibliographic review, strong argumentation, and, preferably, its regional or international analysis. This section addresses a common general theme that becomes the central focus of the issue and is coordinated by one to three researchers or academics. The central theme and its sub-themes are proposed by the Dossier coordinator(s) and are included in the call for contributions for the corresponding issue of the journal.

Those interested in coordinating the next Dossier can consult the guidelines and submit their proposal by February 23, 2026. This Dossier will be part of issue 26 of Cálamo, to be published in January 2027.
